- Users can cancel bookings before the scheduled ride time.
- Cancellations made within 30 minutes of booking may not incur any charge.
- Cancellations made after the driver has been assigned may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations.
- If a booking is canceled due to a driver no-show, a full refund will be issued.
- Any payment made through credit/debit cards or online wallets will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
- If a ride is canceled after the driver reaches the pickup location.
- If the passenger fails to board the cab within the wait time.
- In case of misuse or fraudulent activity detected.
